setting up VPN server in XP Pro

WHen you set up an incoming VPN connection in XP Pro, is there a place to specify what level of encryption you can use or is it defaulted to something? I thought at one point you could tell it what type of encryption to use.

Also, what ports does it listen to? I'd liek to change the default ports if possible, or does that not matter so much like it does with Remote Desktop?
