Setting up users in win2k question

Im trying to setup a new user account for the other people in my house to use to play games and use internet stuff. But under standard user they dont have internet access. Anyone know if you can set personalized restrictions for users, so I can give them internet access?

I always thought that each user profile has its own settings. so just log in as a usr and configure that user's internet settings. Its always worked for me. unless im confused.....

bingster is right. You haven't set up access to the internet yet. Even a restricted user can access the internet by default.
