ok, to setup printer sharing, all I have to do is set it up in windows right?

do i have to install the drivers on all the PCs? or just the one hooked up to it?

IF memory serves me right drivers needs to be installed on both PCs. Its just the printer port that is changed to point towards the PC the printer is physicly installed on

Has to be both in my experience. Windows frequently already has drivers, though.

Depends greatly on the make and model of printer, the operating system (on both the host and client), etc.

Make sure printer sharing is turned on (it's in network options I think), then browse to the printer using Network Neighborhood on the remote computer. Right-click, install, done.
