hmmm..actually, according to the motherboard monitor page under "board info" ECS isn't listed, so it might not be supported by MBM5. do you have temperature options under "hardware monitoring" in the bios? it might be that your board doesn't have temperature sensors.

there ARE other program out there though, other than MBM5, you can do a search on these forums for "temperature monitoring" or something like that and you'll find lots of posts with other programs.

The ECS K7S5A does have the temp sensor ....... it's located on the mb in the center portion of the (462-pin) zif socket A ....... which would be directly under the cpu when it is inserted into the zif socket.......

There is also another temp sensor located in the area between the cmos battery and the floppy drive connector on the mb .......... this one is for monitoring system temps ...... (ambient temperature inside the case) ..........

These temperature readings can be monitored from the bios under the "Hardware Monitor" title in the bios menu........

I am not familiar with the MBM5 program set-up, but the required mb feature-set is available on this mb.

The K7S5A is supported by MBM5.
Listed as Elite not as ECS. There is a patch for the SIS 735 chip close to the bottom of the page. Install the patch and you will be up and running in no time at all.
MBM site also will tell you what sensor is used for what so you can set it up right the first time.
