setting up internet connection sharing....

Ok, I have winxp pro (host), and the two clients are win2k pro and win 98

now, what in the hell do i do, lol ive tried the guides and i just cant get it to work

my set up is this

internet --> host comp --> hub --> clients

but like, i dont think my second ethernet connection (well usb to ethernet) detects anything to conect to

it keeps saying, network cable unplugged

(i know its easier to get a router, but like my sister broke it, and i have no money and just have this cheap ole hub around)

Try here?

If your using DSL or Cable can't you just hook the hub to the modem? Assuming it's an external modem. Then hook the computers to the hub.

ok, but after i set up the host, that second network connection still says, netwokr unplugged

so i never went on to client, but should i go on? i dont no why it says network unplugged
