Setting Up Home Network. Need help

I've purchase an ethernet autosensing hub and have 3 computers tied to it. I've followed the instructions on PracticallyNetworked.com to assign IP addresses. In Network Neighborhood, I can see the other two systems. I can ping them, no problem. I just can't do anything else. Can't see their files.....nothing.
What else needs to be done?
 
Exactly, the key of course is 'share something'. I didn't know how to do that.
I finally came across another thread that pointed to right click on the drive the select share...working now.
