Alright I just in my second stick of corsair xms 512 3200c2pt. I have an asus p4p800 motherboard, and I would like to run dual channel. How do I go about setting that up, and what else do I have to change on my computer now that I have a gig? Thanks

Dual channel exists when 2 identical size memory sticks in 2 channels.

Your motherboard has to support it and it will enable it automatically for you when you put the 2 sticks in the 2 channels.

Give us your motherboard name and model and your 2 memory sticks name and model.

Ok, make sure that you have them in the right slots is the first order of business.

I'm sure that the BIOS gives you option to either have it automatically set it to dual channel or manually set it. If you set it to auto, go back and make sure it is running in dual channel.

Ok, someone set me straight here. Do you want the sticks to be in the same bank/channel or should they be in separate channels? I always seem to get this wrong. I probably have it running wrong in my mobo right now because of this.

Yep, that would be correct.
