Setting up companies under a Corporation

In Florida you just go to Sunbiz and file online... It's different per state though

cool. I can answer a litttle bit cause we just started talking about this in class. You must contact the secretary of state and apply(each state has their own I believe). You must then write up a charter which is pretty much a big handbook for your business, dealing with things like how stock will be traded. The par value that stock will be traded at,etc. The state in which your company becomes incorporated is the state's rules that your company must abide by.
