Is there any reason to not download PHP 5 and Apache 2?

I've already downloaded MySQL 4.1.

The license change (which affects recent versions of 1.3) was unacceptable. It is unfree now.
The new threading stuff doesn't appeal to me, and apparently the PHP guys.
