Setting up a message board for my site and need help

Alright the phpbb and yabb boards are too complicated for my feeble little mind so i guess i cant do those (yabb is def. out of the question because i'm using tripod as my host)

What is the best board with the most features that i can just put on my site and i dont have to do all the crazy stuff like these two boards?

oh yeah, and it has to be free

It depends what language the message board was written in and what your host offers. You said you are using Tripod, so Perl, PHP, and MySQL are out of the question AFAIK.
