Whats the best way to go about setting up a DSL home network without having to buy a second DSL modem? Should I get a router, switch, hub, or what?

you can buy a small home router for around $100. if you shop around maybe even a little cheaper. use this to take the line in from your carrier and then plug computers into it. the "real world" will only see the one ip address of the external port of the router and then make up a dummy netowrk scheme on the interior.

Furthermore...check out the Linksys routers... Some models include a 4 port switch so you can buy one of those and save having to buy a hub or switch too. They used to be $120-130, but I'm sure they're much cheaper now. :)
