im looking to run 2 webcams off of my server which is connected to my DSL through a linksys router my webcams will have 2 different angles on my design studio and just wanna snap pictures every 15 seconds or maybe stream, what is the best software to do this preferably free software i already have a intel webcam and a Quickcam

Who the hell cares about punctiation on a web board, this board is international and for some english is not my/their first language but we all do our best to communicate.
