Setting the min fun speed higher?

I have an Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard with an overclocked 2600K at 4.5GHz and Hyper 212 Plus for cooling.

Is there a way to set the minimum speed of the Hyper 212 fun higher? My problem is that with even minimal CPU activity the fan changes speed to a higher one and it is a bit annoying to listen to it changing speeds constantly. I would prefer if the minimum speed was higher so it wouldn't need to change speed as often (only on really high loads)

Thanks.

It should be possible via the ASUS A.I. Suite II software available from the ASUS website.
