Setting permissions in outlook mailbox in exchange

When giving another user permission to access a mailbox in outlook/exchange, is there a way to do it so the changes propagate to all folders?

I have a mailbox with no less then 20 subfolders but I have to set the permission on each and every one of them. Is there a way to just give access to the whole mailbox in one shot?

If you are giving full control permissions, you can just have your Exchange admin give the user full access permissions on the mailbox in Exchange.
