setting network high speed internet bandwidth limits?

Hi,
before asking my question, let me give a few words about my current setup, wo computers using theinternet. HIgh speed internet. Being wirelessly distributed by a Linksys Wireless b router. ONe of the computers gets its connection from wireless, the other diretct network cable from the linksys router. I am the administrator of these two computers. Unfortunately the other wirelessly conencted computer is being used by another person who is wasting precious bandwidth playing online games. As a resul, the bandwidth on the other wired computer is going down badly and internet speeds are getting solow for me.

Is there any possible way I can limit the bandwidth going to the other wireless computer? Maybe I can just weaken the signal to that computer by adjusting my routers position? Or is there some otehr way too by means of software?
