SetiQueue standby bug?

I tried SetiQueue on my laptop, but I discovered that it could not go into Standby mode while SetiQueue was running. It always enters Standby with no problems without SQ, so I am sure that SQ is causing the problem. I'm using Win98SE; anyone else experience this problem?
