If I was going to upload some workunits for you guys to download, how do I tell what files they are, I haven't done it before...
 
The workunit default name is "work_unit.sah". If you wanted to upload a bunch, you would need to temporarily rename them to be unique, then when someone needs one, they would name it back to "work_unit.sah".
 
Some people have done this in the past during desperate times. However, as of this evening, Eric Korpela announced that donors have paid for an additional 10Mb/sec of bandwidth to be used by SETI alone (in addition to what's donated to them out of the total campus bandwidth). Thus it will probably be unnecessary to have to distribute individual WUs at this point - especially since many of the Public Queue hosters have reported that they have finally been able to refill their queues.

SETI randomly dishes out the same WU multiple times to users in order to do a quality check of the results on different platforms. However their newer server software/filters are aware of what has been dished out and what comes back (so they know when to send out a WU again).
