Anyone else see The Lateshow wiht David Letterman last night? One of the guests was the British royal cosmologist (cosmos not cosmetics). He was asked about his oppinions of the SETI@Home project and although he said he didn't think it would find (or at least in our lifetime) anything he also added that you can't find anything without trying. I thought this was very cool.😎
 
I missed it but wish I watched it 🙂 I would have been freaking out if I had seen it though, saying "THAT'S the THING I've been talking about!" and everyone would look at me funny... and... well nevermind.... 😱

I heard that the founder of the seti@home project is a professor at my university (u of wa). Unconfirmed as of now

I doubt anything will be found in Ray's lifetime, he's getting pretty old isn't he 😉
