Data Server Status
The data server is up and running, but dropping connections
Right now the data server machine is up, but not all clients are able to connect. This is due to our server being swamped with requests, and usually happens right after a server outage, or if there are greater network/database problems we are currently trying to fix. Please try connecting later.

I noticed my Q had not sent in a WU for over an hour and my investigation found the above note on the S@H Server Status page.

Noticed the outage too..
But I've got enough wu's in my buffer to last a few days..

OT
Smoke, I don't know if you knew that the www.seti-nl.org site was down because of a fatal DNS-server crash.
They didn't have a backup DNS ;)
But everything is fixed allright..

Thanks for that info, CyGoR.

I noticed it was back up and running. I'm glad they didn't lose anything. They have a great website.

:)

Just got up and noticed that my Q has been slipping a few WUs to Berkeley but I still have 22 waiting in my Q.

Praise to all of the caching programs ... especially SetiQueue. ;)

I've got 24 completed results and 780 WU's waiting in my SetiQ and it normally does uploads/downloads all day. My queue normally has 0 results and about 800 WU's queued so it looks like there's still problems. The good thing is I've got 4+ days of WU's in reserve. ;)
