Taking no time out to rest up after his amazing victory in the 3000 wu Romp, Eltano1 tires of hearing the smack being tossed his direction by the Sinister Oscillator and picks up the gauntlet thrown at his feet and hurls in back in Wobble's direction. It's a no-holds-barred down-and-dirty grudge match to see who can reach the 5000 wu mark, and the special 5K babes, first. Perhaps sensing that it will take everything he's got to pull off an upset, and after seeing the 370 monster purge Eltano1 threw down yesterday, EvilWobbles is quick out of the gate with 36, leaving the Miami Man eating a little dust. Better do all of that you can early, Wobbles because Eltano1's been full of suprises, lately.
Things appear to have settled back to normal on the Berkeley front, at least for the time being. Lane42 sends 43 wu's down the wu chute but is out-dumped by the Dumpin' Defster by ten in the Race to 10,000. That makes two consecutive days over 50 for the man in the El Camino. DroolMAN! has returned to the racing circuit but appears to be only opening the flood gates one at a time, this morning only letting 133 workunits trickle towards Berkeley in Another Race to 8000. It's pretty much common knowledge that there's plenty more where that bucket of slobber came from. Now that the Cardy has left the track, Fardy steps it up, running 30 wu's through the packet punchers, perhaps secure in knowing he no longer needs to side-step lepton mines and corbomite grenades that seemed to pop up in his path while Gul Dukat was still on his view screen.
In the April Fool's 6000, the Awesome Aussie enjoys another day above the century mark as he waltzes Matilda to the tune of an even 100 and appears poised to knock on Baldy18's back door. Meanwhile up ahead, cakin runs another 26 through the wringers, but can't help but stop to glance over his shoulder and see the ominous dust clouds approaching steadily from behind. In the 3000 wu Romp, the Big Dawg adds a little more distance between himself and JimMc as he barks and growls only 155 wu's from the finish line. The Jeeper from KC continues to suprise his race mates, this morning with a monster 57 wu dump to take high-production honors in his bracket, a bracket filled with high-producers to begin with. KCJeeper wanted to be challenged and he is answering that challenge impressively.
Evadman is just about to swap positions with Domination who is approaching quickly from the rear in the Race to 2000 while Pyxis cracks 16 from the front of the pack. Our friendly Brit migroo finally gets his dumpin machines greased up and the wu's start sliding across the pond, this morning dawning on the migrooster being 23 wu's closer to his June goal of 2000. The Quickie to 1500 is becoming a barn burner, with micron tossing an impressive 33 out the back of his rigs to settle within 61 wu's of the Texas Two-stepper, Boogak, and close up ranks from the rear. ShotgunSteve shows everyone some major double-barreled action, filling the backsides of 83 workunits with buck shot in the Fabulous February 1500. Things are not looking good for Avenger01. Captain Izzy runs way over the magical century mark with 156 to the Biloxi Bomber's 80, and Time2Kill matches the migrooster with 23 in the Race to Crunch 1000.
