Due to popular demand, the 10K party continues in the lounge this morning with the funky tunes of Captain MoFunk and the even funkier dance moves of Rowdy Ray after MoFunk's entry into the 10K club yesterday. Since the party was so wild for the Funkster, race party goers and SRL groupies have asked the pair to stay over for today's celebration for Slingin' Sammael who crosses over into the realm of five digit tallies this morning. Slingin' wu's right and left, Sammael made quite an impression on SRL talent scouts and fans alike as he chased down the 10K milestone marker. You see, it's not just the amount of workunits you crunch that impresses the judges and the hard-core wu fanatics, it's the style in which you munch them and Slingin' Sammael can style it with the best of 'em. Just one look at the SRL med stations where so many ladies are being attended to after fainting from the thrill of watching Sammael flex his highly toned dump muscles can attest to that fact. Congratulations, Sammael!
The SRL WU Watch Sky Chopper has been circling Bust Baby Park where 3000 WU's or Bust, Baby! has been thrilling the throngs. And speaking of style, one of the classiest dumpers in SRL history has the crowd on it's feet, hootin', hollerin' and dancing in the aisles. Lane the Lasher has just pounded prodigious packets to storm the finish line and take the checkered flag, grunting and grinding out a monster dump consisting of 173 workunits. So impressive was the purge that even lane42's competitors have stopped in their tracks to admire the monumental effort. Rushing over to Lane's position with a case of SRL monogramed TP, the Chief of Race Babes (yes, there is a chief race babe) hops out of the race cart and gives lane a big smacker right on the cheek and then gives him a kiss, too. As the two jump into the SRL race cart and head towards the victory lounge where the champion will get a gourmet dinner of beer and Oreos and a physics lesson in the hottub, lane42 waves to the crowd as they continue their raucus ovation for the SRL veteran. Congratulations, lane42!
Our third wondrous wu whacker winner hails from the Wascally WU Whapper to 1500. Panhead49, despite all odds the wu bookies had laid against him, earns a big victory over Mad MaxSiren, who has been sitting in the pilot's cabin of his racing rig since Christmas trying to get his rig restarted. Never once listening to the naysayers, Poundin' Panhead kept the eye of the tiger on the goal of winning the Whapper, even after Mad Max had built up a monumental lead. In the sell-out crowd where so many young ladies have been overheard swooning over the dumping physique of that "hot little Pannie", miniature skillet headed souvenir dolls are the biggest sellers according to SRL vendors. Heading over to the awards stand with a race babe on each arm, Panhead49 pauses to savor the moment, gazing across the sea of fans whose cheers have crescendoed to a continuous roar that seems to lift the champion up on wave after wave of glorious adoration. Congratulations, Panhead49!
