SETI on multiple machines?

Probably the most ignorant question I've put on here, but I had to ask. I would like to put the SETI Driver on another one of my Athlon machines. What do I have to do? Is their something that I have to put to let it know it's a second WU cruncher for my account? Thanx. 😀

Just make sure your user_info.sah is the same as your main cruncher and you'll be set. basically you can do exactly what you did when you setup your first machine.

AkumaBao, as long as you use the same user name on your second rig when you set it up, you won't have any additional steps to complete.

edit: CADkindaGUY beat me to your post, but as you can see, no additional steps are needed.

Like CADkindaGUY said, just make sure you use the same Email address that you used when you configured your SETI account. All your production will go to that account. Anyone can produce WU's for another person if they know the Email address of their SETI account. That's how people donate WU's and such.

Ok, I thought it was going to be easier, but no. I'm not able to connect from the other PC to the SETI server. Although the other PC is cruching at the same time. The connection works fine, but not when trying to connect to SETI. I even stopped SETI on this PC thinknig it was a network problem. What has my ignorance gotten me into now?

Nevermind. The server is just being a little quarky today. 😛 It started to log in and all, then the server disconnected. Wasted my finger strength. 😛

Ok, now it's receiving my data. Almost time to finally accumulate more WU's! Now all I have to do is get my Linux Box's conection working. 😛
