I should make it, it should only take about 7 more days. Like I said, I'm not going to v3.03 until they cut me off totally. Since I have to remove clients, it's just not worth updating them at this point. The next time I visit some of my work clients, it will be to remove seti.

I think I'm going to continue cracking SETI until I get to the 5 digit realm: 10,000! At that point, I'll re-evaluate whether I want to continue with this project or not - I'm very concerned about the level and quality of science.. or lack of it.

Don't give up NWM! They are doing a decent job. I've read the lengthy thread about this topic, there are some good points. However, I am a scientist and in general, data is data, good or bad, it's ALL USEFUL. I didn't feel like getting wrapped in that discussion because I'm in no mood to write a dissertation (I do enough of that at work).

Oh, no need to worry.. even if I were to discontinue the SETI project, I wouldn't be leaving TA.. just working on another project for the Team.

I just have serious questions about how the data is being analyzed and whether the same criteria are being applied evenly to ALL of the data being taken - if not, then there's no point in continuing until those issues are resolved.

BTW it looks like I'm being forced over to v3.03 ,SETIQ can't get any more WU's (error 15)but is still able to send off results.I will let the Q's just run down for now ,& then I will be upgrading to v3.03 Saturday or Sunday which will mess up our race.

Fire it up Assim1 !!!! Based on what I'm seeing, 3.03 is drawing very near. It's gonna be close! Monday, I'm moving the castrated herd to 3.03 and pulling the client off the rest of the "illegal rogue" work PC's.

- Still haven't heard if I officially have permission to run. Best to keep low and let sleeping dogs lay. IF the answer is NO, then I'm totally screwed with output. Right now, I can run it safely on my pc, a guy who recently quit and the lab instrument pc's. The ultra castrated herd will be:

I might just fire up the old dual PPro 180, but I seriously contemplating moving the PPro systems over to RC5. The dual 200 takes about 20 hrs/wu with 3.0, I'm sure 3.03 is gonna suck on the ppro's. Does RC5 take advantage of dual cpu's?
