what DC you running these days?

Seti Bonic. But not for Anandtech. Got into Car's a Bit, I'm now the Yorkshire area rep for Renault Sport's Club. Still DC, but for a well known UK PC shop, known for overclocking. Still with TA for Dnet. but don't run that anymore. Here a list of pic's what I been dong over the past two year's.

Hey guys I am switching over. 2 Questions:

1) is there a link like last time where you could see everyone's progress on 1 page instead of scrolling next next next on BOINC website?

2) are there any optimized versions (ie. old P4 architecture - 3.2ghz). I ran textclient for old SETI and it was faster than graphics client..wondering if something like that is availble for BOINC too?

So why was this not applied to my Team Anandtech account?

Afraid I can't help you with BOINC atm ,not yet familiar with it

Everyone starts at zero credits under SETI@Home/BOINC, the "classic"-info is just for informational purposes.

#1, too see your standings in team-stats and so on, use external stats-sites. Look at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/links.php

Please note, generating stats-dumps takes a long time, so SETI@Home only updates the stats-dumps once per day.
Also, only users with credit shows-up in the stats.
For your personal up-to-date stats, look at http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/home.php

Also note, only Validated results gets credit, before tried validated they'll show as "Pending", and a wu needs atleast 3 "success"-results before tried validated.

#2, the BOINC "core" client is a cli, that preferably runs as service. the BOINC Manager, gui, doesn't normally need to be running. Science-applications only displays graphics when asked to do it, when not displaying graphics they'll perform as a cli.

The 2nd link has the fastest seti-application, but not sure if it's fully stable yet and gives validated results...

Rattledagger, the optimized application increased my benchmark score by 54% in Whestone and 66% in Dhrystone. Excellent 🙂
