If I could get it to work I'd join. Been trying since it came bakc online the other day but I jsut keep getting errors that I can't download anything. Predictor is working fine though. Also, I was on the team with SETI Classic but where is the data for that? I can't seem to find where I can see my WUs and such. And do stats from Classic transfer over somehow if I start with the BOINC client?

Just now it is very hard to download and to upload WUs from seti@home BOINC. They have a massive backlog of crunched WUs from all the many clients around the world.... Last time when a long outage happened it took something like a week - 10 days to get the flow of information and WUs beck to normal (I have yesterday and today succeeded to upload 8 WUs, have some 30 more to upload, have succeeded to get some 10 WUs (on 4 computers), which is far from sufficient).

The data from the classic BOINC was transferred to BOINC on March 15. So, when you activate(d) your account the data from the date you started to crunch seti@home classic to March 15 2005 is/will be presented on the BOINC "Your account"-page.

This is how it looks for me:

SETI@home classic workunits as of 15 March 2005: 11,749
SETI@home classic CPU time as of 15 March 2005: 56,939 hours

When seti@home classic will be finished all the "old" classic numbers will be updated and presented on the BOINC-account page - with the number of WUs crunched, the CPU-time and such. However, there will be no summation of the WU data from the classic seti and the BOINC-seti because the credit in BOINC is calculated in a totally different way and the two sets of numbers are not comparable ...

BTW, you do not have to have the client running to see your old stats; just go to "your account" on the web and look....
