Seti Driver Issue

Has anyone ever seen this? A team mate here that uses my queue has Seti Driver V1.6.4.1 and he has had issues with the proxy address staying put. If the machine reboots he has to put in the proxy info again. That's just not right! 🙂 Anyone have any suggestions. I have no clue about seti driver so I can't help him. Thanks!
 
dumb question #1:

after setting the proxy address does he click the "Save Config" button?
 
He has checked the config files and they are not read only, this also happens to ALL 7 clients of his. Maybe it's a bug with this version?
