Quick question:
Should we(I) assume that we(I) can download the source?
I have already done so, but forgot that you might not want us(me) to have it... so I decided to ask 😉

anyhoo, Thanks for the development of SETI driver, and your time spent on it.
It has proven a valuable tool.

SETI Driver is a great program. For you to spend your free time to help us do what we like to do is a great gift to the SETI community. I wish you the best of luck on the next projects you take on!

I would also like to say thanks for SetiDriver it has helped me in many ways. Your tireless hours have saved me and others many more tireless hours.

The mention of v2.0 has sparked a curiosity in me and I'm sure others so I have to ask: What features were we going to see added to v2.0? Maybe the mention of features that could be added will encourage someone to pick up the project.

Thanks for this awesome piece of software 🙂!

And coming from a Linux-user... Why not open-source the code? If not GPL, why not BSD-license? That way anyone who'se interested could use the code and/or it could be used in other SETI-projects as well. That way the code would live on and the community would benefit 🙂.

Mike, I also want to thank you for creating such a wonderfull program..
I'm using it now for more then one year on my Dual system.. It just plainly ROCKS!! 🙂
To bad you're interests in the project are gone.. 🙁

I thank you in name of much Dutch Seti users for SetiDriver!
Greetings.

Thanks for SETI Driver!! 🙂

I'm currently running it on all three PCs in my house, and it works wonderfully! 😀

Thanks for your huge contribution to the SETI project and for being a pal to us here
at AT.. if your done with DC for now.. maybe you'll consider joining us after we overtake TLC.. 😀 😀

best of luck with your future endevours...

Thanks for SETIDriver Mike 😀 ,I wasn't aware that there was a v2.0 in the workings so I'm not too fussed😉
Btw the current version seems to work just fine (I use it in any other machines here that doesn't have SETIQ)

1 thing I was wondering ,if (when) SETI bring out another client will you continue to support the current version of SETIDriver with any needed patches?

It is?? [Monty Burns]Excellent[/Monty Burns]

LOL.

[Wilma Flintstone]Yes dear. It is.[/Wilma Flintstone] 😛

Also, check out this similar thread over at Ars. Someone has already started work on some enhancements! 🙂

Assimilator1,

As long as the .SAH file usage doesn't change, SETI Driver will handle any new client revisions just fine.

Mike.
