Through some deft trading, I have acquired a Shuttle KT400 board to put my Duron 1.3 on. (AHLDA 0224SPAW 98766920792) I am loading up Win2K on an old Maxtor 5.0 drive right now. I have FSB adjustment, PC2100 DDR and it will only be used for DC. The BIOS seems to have decent OC options. Where can I go with this Duron? Which DC project would take the most advantage of the CPU, I run DPAD and SETI.

I anxiously await your thoughtful replies ;)

BTW, this thing will be sitting in open air (no case) on a shelf in my basement with two other DC only "machines." PIC

This board will go on the extreme right. Using a CoolerMaster DP5 HSF and AS3.

Update Ran the board overnight (11:00 to 7:00 = 8 hours "approximately") and have 16K of DPAD results. Is that about right?

Running FSB @110MHz

Hehe ... ;) ... I'd say DPAD of course! I don't know how long this one would need for a SETI WU but I guess around 6 hours or so. That gives u maybe 4 a day. With DPAD you'd get around 25000 to 30000 points a day I imagine (though this is a rough guess only) :D

There are oodles of options on the board, but I could never get too much out of it. Good luck.
