Here are my settings, i'm using Seti Driver with the CLI client.....:
Max Processes: 1
Desired Cache Size: 37
Current Cache Size: 37
Processing: 1
Waiting to Process: 27
Need to fill 9
Ready to Transmit: 9

Priority Normal
none of the top three boxes are checked
I have it checked to use SETI Driver, as well as the log file.

There is also a box which can be checked called "Hide Processing". If you uncheck this box there should appear a Setiathome client window
in which the client should run. And if you don't see that window, change the "Maximum Processes" to 2. Then "Save Config" and check if there is
coming a client on your screen. If so, then exit SetiDriver and restart. Now there should be 2 clients running and you can set back the "Maximum Processes"
setting to 1 and save config.
I'm sometimes having the same problem and this should usually fix this ;)
Good luck!

There's a couple other possibilities - you may have a bad WU that isn't being accepted, so it won't upload and/or you're running into some connect problems at SETI. I say the latter because I've noticed that over the past couple days, I've been running into more network time-outs trying to upload results from my Setiqueue. With Setidriver, if it can't get there right away, it waits an hour before trying again (the default for the client itself) and will keep retrying each hour.
