SETI at lowest possible priority

I just made a small utility that runs the SETI Win32 console application at the lowest possible priority. This means you don't have to boost RC5 priority (which also makes the system less responsive) to allow RC5 and SETI to run at equal conditions. App and source available. If anybody is interested let me know...
