I like those Klipsch speakers. I am using an old Diamond Mx300 sound card right now, into a Teac digital amp, powering a set of Kef Cresta 2 speakers. I am not sure what I am going to do when I upgrade. I will probably go with another sound card (not sure which one) and will upgrade the amp. I'm thinking about getting a Joliet FX 10 Integrated Amplifier...its a tube amp... decisions.. I am swimming in them right now!

zCypher...I've had the monitor since before Thanksgiving and NO issues at all, WELL worth the $259 it costs!
 
How many threads do you have dedicated to your build now? About 10+?

Please stop spamming this forum; you could've easily kept all your stuff inside of 1 thread..
 
Me thinks you should get a sound card. ProMedia's are good enough to benefit from one. ASUS, HT Omega (maybe even an X-Fi Platinum). :thumbsup:

You are not kidding right there. I'd like some of those Denons too. Right now I use AKG K601.

Looks like I'm due to perform surgery on my Headroom Micro Amp. Got a loose jack in there, and damn sure don't want to have to drop $1000 on that Benchmark DAC-1 I want so badly. :sneaky:

IF you are not up to the surgery headroom usually offers repairs 😉

And i love these things, K601's aren't too bad though.
