Set posts per page?

I can't for the life of me find where I can increase number of posts per page when I view a thread. Where the hell is that option? Where are any options for that matter?
 
Go into "Profile" and click on the "Personal options" thingy. It's tough to tell that it is an option you can select, but there are plenty of options in there.
