set executable priority in windows 7

How can I set the priority level to always start up at a certain level?

This isn't Highly Technical. Moving it to Operating Systems

Use the START command and set the priority as an argument.

I'm not too savy when it comes to something like this. I have looked at the .exe to see if there was an option to do so.. but I don't know what i'm totally doing.

I did find an app called 'Prio' and it seems to do this but if I can do this manually, i'd rather learn how to do this.

Prio It's kinda neet. It adds a few things to the GUI of the task manager also. But its' safety is my concern and if I can do it manually and save it so it always boots up at a certain level, i'd rather learn.

You can do it with the start command mentioned above and a batch file, but usually if you ever need to worry about process priority, affinity, etc then something is really wrong with that app or your system.
