Set Canon Printer to print "Fast" by default?

When I click print I always go into properties and switch it to fast.

I would like it to be set to fast by default so I don't have to do it manually.

How can I do this?

Don't know about that particular model but you should be able to go into control panel and select printers. Right click on the Canon IP 2600 printer and select properties. You should be able to set the default preferences there. In Vista with an IP 4000 I have a "General" tab with a button "Printing Preferences" which brings up the settings.
