I ran a bunch of spy, adware and Hijacking sweepers on my PC yesterday from this site. http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=33&threadid=1258310&FTVAR_MSGDBTABLE=

Well this wasnt the problem, this actually speed up my PC a lot. My girl is on the internet all day long downloading everything and brang in all these spyware onto the PC, anyhow after I ran all these fixs I decided to run the service pack 1 for Win XP from www.microsoft.com.. It took like an hour to install then after it was complete it rebooted itself. Since the reboot I have not been able to boot up into Windows. It keeps running through post and then shows the windows XP loading screen then reboots itself.. It keeps cycling like this and doesnt boot up. Any Idea as to what I should do?

What are the specs of your computer? I've had windows xp load screen reboot itself for many reasons, mostly related to hardware problems. If you can, see if you can boot up in safe mode. Otherwise, list the system specs/temps and we'll see what the problem is.

Try booting into Safe Mode with Networking. Simply hit the F8 key after the initial POST screen and it should give you the option. Should allow the install routine to complete.

Then get rid of all your spyware/virii/backdoor trojans and password protect your computer login to keep your GF out!

Im not able to boot up in safe mode either.. it just does the same thing. It gets to the XP load screen then reboots itself.
