Server Ops please assist with Sniffer Software

I'm using Distributed Sniffer Pro. I have a server set up as an agent which is on the network. The machine can be pinged, and I can map drives to the server as well. However when using the Sniffer Console at another machine, I try to get a card list of my agent NIC and it cannot get the list. Any recommendations would be greatly helpful!!

There use to be a stickie explaining it. Highly techicanl troubleshooting questions are still troubleshooting. This is not a troubleshooting forum. This is a discussion forum. The idea is to discuss technical things like the properties of light, microprocessor architecture and design, quantum computing, Anti-static bags, etc

There is a "Technical Support" forum for questions such as yours. I'm not trying to be rude to you or anything. I hope you find the answers you seek. There used to be a stickie in here explaining it, now that its gone, the number of troubleshooting questions posted here have gone up significantly.

You would probably get more help in the "Technical Support" forum anyway, and avoid any potential thread locking. Sorry, if this came across as rude. Just really trying to be helpful in a very wordy and verbose way
