Server Installation Issues

OK, here's my setup: I have a Dell 2650 and am trying to install Win2k3 Enterprise onto it. The hard drives are a lun setup. The controller for the drives says everything is working correctly. When I put the dell cd in, it says it cannot find the controller, same with the Win2k3E cd. any ideas?

goto Dell's Website and get the IDE/SATA Drivers for the controller chip, odds are the CD's might not have the drivers and thats why it cannot identify the chipset and it wont detect the drive. when windows boots as soon as u see the first blue screen of the setup Press F6 to install Drivers for the Chipset. Hope that Helps

the windows cd has the drivers for the controller. The computer's BIOS doesn't have control of the controller, it is being controlled via a SAN. What I'm trying to figure out is why the Dell Server Assistant cd won't find the controller
