server doc in counterstrike

so i'm useing server doc to load up my counter strike dedicated server. but when it loads up it does not load up a map. here is my command line what is wrong with it HELP

C:\server\serverdoc.exe c:\sierra\half-life\hlds.exe -game cstrike -map cs_militia -maxplayers 20
