Server 2003 Product Key question

I have a server that has Server 2003 installed on it. The server was installed here as part of a demo project that has since been defunded and shut down. We were told the equipment is ours to do with as we please. I have a Technet sub so installation media is not an issue but I would like to use the valid license that came with the server but they didn't leave any of the documentation etc behind. I do not have any of the login info and want to rebuild it. Is there a way I can extract out the key without actually logging into the thing using one of the universal boot CD's?
