Server 2003 application error

Dear All

I would appreciate if you can help me for the below matter:

I am running a system with windows server 2003 R2 and 10 clients with windows XP.

Recently the users have some connection problems and I noticed the below application error (in server's event viewer) which appears every 10-15 minutes.

"Details
Product Windows Operating System
ID 1054
Source Userenv
Version 5.2
Symbolic Name EVENT_FAILED_DSNAME
Message Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network. (%1). Group Policy processing aborted.

Explanation
A network connectivity or configuration problem exists. Group Policy settings cannot be applied until the problem is fixed."

To overcome this problem I have to restart the server almost every day but it still exists!

Any suggestions for what to check?

Thank you

George
