SERO users...just have my first bill from Sprint and I have a question

So I have SERO and just got my first Sprint bill.

In the bill, it said "$29 for single plan prorated". I asked Sprint CSR and they said that how Sprint do business, always charge 1 month in advance.... Is that corrrect?

So everyone with SERO by Sprint will pay two months (one regular and one prorated) in their first bill?

that's how it was for mine. (prorated, came out to $1 or something like that for the first "month"; must have been right at the end of the cycle).

My billing cycle is from Dec 25 to Jan 24..and for $29? For almost the full price of one month?
