He said tuna sammich. Not tuna melt. Dont get all fancy and make shit up people!
I would not eat hot tune between two slices of bread.
I would eat hot tuna between two slices of bread with other ingredients added.
The thread title is "Seriously, would you eat a hot Tuna sandwich?"
A tuna melt is hot, it's filled with tuna, and it's a sandwich.
So if you like tuna melts, I think you can answer the thread question with a yes.
no, its tuna and cheese on any kind of bread and toasted in a toaster oven or an oven. the pannini press came much later.
i prefer warm tuna sammiches to cold, but i prefer all sammiches warm/ toasted.
oven = bad
hot frying pan = good
I love a good tuna melt on sourdough, with some good cheese(cheddar, swiss, muenster are all good choices), cooked in a frying pan with a little butter until the bread is a nice golden brown and the cheese is thoroughly melted. All I need to mix my tuna with is a little mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Nothing fancy.
