I'm mostly common sense. Talk to them, don't just sit with your hands in your pockets. Speak with confidence. Then they get interested, ask them questions. People like to talk about themselves. Dress nicely, comb your hair, take some pride in your apprearance.

How much you weigh and height?

Go workout. Get a job somewhere. Get new clothes. Get new car or sell current one and get nicer car. Forget about upgrading to Prescott or Athlon 64. Talk with girls you work with. Go jog outside everyday in the mornings, meet some people. Basically, get in shape, get a job, dress nicely, and keep doing till you find someone you like.

250 lbs / 6 feet.


but height and weight are meaningless... truly... i knew a 300 lb 6 footer who had a 4% body fat. \

edit: oh, my target weight as said by my physician is about 200-210 lbs. so 50 lbs to lose.
