Seriously can anyone help me out with these voltage problems i am having?

Lately i have been having voltage problems.... ever since i put in 2 new hard drives for RAID 0 setup my +3.3v has been at 2.9 or lower. Every now and then it gets to 2.8 and i am suffering restarts during games.

I am almost 100% sure its because of this voltage problem.

Is there anything i can do to fix this? A setting in bios maybe or do i have to buy a new power supply?

What causes voltages to be lower than normal?

It's really starting to tick me off now...
 
Hmm well i got no clue if thats a quality make or not so somone else can comment, personally ive never heard of it but i never heard of pcpower&cooling until 2 weeks ago :s
 
So it isn't a setting in bios that is causing my 3.3 v to not put out enough juice?

Just making sure before i buy another power supply.
 
Anyone else wanna take a stab at why my 3.3v is running lower than 3.3 and why every other voltage setting is fine?
