Serious Video Card Issues

I took my card out to test a friend's card cause his system kept crashing. I uninstalled all of the drivers and reinstalled them after putting his card in. I did the same when I put my card back in but I can't get the drivers to install. Windows tells me it found new hardware but every time I try to install the drivers it says it runs into a problem. It doesn't list any display devices in device manager and even though it recognizes the card when Windows starts it can't even be found anywhere in device manager. I have used Driver Cleaner 2 to try to get rid of anything left and I have tried to install detonator drivers many times with no success. Short of reformatting I don't know what to do.

If I go to display properties/advanced/adapter/properties/resources under conflicts it gives me the following errors...

Input/Output Range 03B0 - 03BB used by:
NVIDIA nForce2 AGP Host to PCI Bridge
Input/Output Range 03C0 - 03DF used by:
NVIDIA nForce2 AGP Host to PCI Bridge
Memory Range 000A0000 - 000BFFFF used by:
NVIDIA nForce2 AGP Host to PCI Bridge

It lists the driver as VGASave
Service Name: VGASave
Display Name: VGA Display Controller

Then it gives Current Status and Startup for the service.

I've tried deleting all of the old driver files and reinstalling in safe mode but it doesn't do anything.

If I go to Add Hardware wizard and have it search it cones up Video Controller (VGA Compatible) with a yellow exclimation point next to it but if I try to install it if just says, The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
