Underwear? Not sure.

However if most of the ATOT crowd were to ever go into space I think bras would be mandatory. Otherwise their moobs would constantly be flopping around and could damage the electronics.

Of course you need them. Without gravity, your junk, and breasts for the ladies - no manboobs in space please, would be floating every which direction. A lady's breasts might soar up near her face, or toward the armpits.
It would look weird man, weird I say!

Probably more necessary, to keep the parts stable. Some things you don't want flopping around, can be painful.

I'd be surprised if the answer hasn't been already addressed by research on the International Space Station. Research like that is like 90% of all its accomplishments.
