The pills should work but they do raise blood pressure, and can have certain other, mostly non life-threatening side-effects.
In the mean time, renting the service of a real man for your wife while you figure out how to fix yourself would be the loving thing to do.

GL, OP. I can attest that excersise does make a sizeable impact when it comes to labido and stress level.
Don't think it's a problem just because it happens one time. Thinking about it being a problem will only add more stress and make it worse. Had a similar situation happen to me. I was messing around with a girl for a few months before we decided to do it, and I gave the situation too much thought. When the time came, he failed on me Fortunately, she was understanding but I beat myself up about it for weeks after, just adding more stress. Finally, I just brushed it off as human nature and when round 2 came around I went at it like a beast. lol she actually asked me if I was on Viagra after 40 minutes and made me finish up.
My point is, these things happen for a variety of reasons, but you don't need medication because 1 time out of a billion your soldier doesn't want to salute. Talk with your wife and if it becomes a consistent problem then perhaps you might need medication,change of diet, exercise etc.

what do you mean? do you really think what these drugs do is give you a 3 day long non stop erection? if so youre very naive and quite stupid..
what ED drugs do is help you get and stay aroused when the time comes.. you still have to be awakened but it stops the stress from casuing deflation.. (or whatever else medical condition may be preventing it)
while on the stuff its just like being younger again complete control over ones self again..
but when aroused you will be much harder and last much longer than you did previously.

Yeah, this doesn't sound like a job that'd be good to keep going back to if it's so stressful that it's seriously affecting your home life. I'm of the opinion that a job should not define you or rule over your life. I saw it in a sig somewhere around here, something to the tune of, "A job is what you do so you can do what you really want to do in life." It's vaguely along those lines. I think.
They'd all come here anyway. Nine out of ten doctors prefer ATOT to the regular brand.
