hi guys...

i have a problem... i have a
250 gig hd SATA
120 gig hd SATA
80 gig hd IDE
37 gig hd SATA

I have them all hooked up and running fine.. they all show connected in bios. The 250 gig is hoked up as sata2. I boot off from the IDE 80 gig and i wanna be able to access my data on the 120 and the 250 gig hard drives..

but in windows all i can see is the 80 gig and the 37 gig :( anyone know why?

Perhaps you haven't activated and formatted them yet under Windows Disk Management?

First thing I would do is try new cables, or at the very least, unplug them, and plug them back, to ensure that they didn't loosen up.

What size is yopur PSU? You may just be running too many drives internally. Unplugging the IDE is a clue that supports that theory.
