Meteors and Comets have the best record for mass extinctions.
Highly unlikely that a disease will wipe out all of humanity, usually some that are resistant that are able to pass on the resistance to their children.
Russia and the US are not at each other's throats anymore and the only people that would actually use nukes are the ones that either do not have them or have too few to matter.
I really doubt that global warming will wipe us out, humans are too adaptable for that (at the current rate) to be a risk to our species, same goes for atmospheric change. This exempts changes caused by impacts.
Alien invasion is unlikely, if life does exist on other planets, it is likely so far away that they will never get here.
