I would understand it to have the same meaning as M.O.B. - money over bitches. Money is more important than dealing with bitches. It's important to note that the term bitches does not only refer to women, as that word can be used to imply that a man is a punk, pussy, coward, et cetera. Fuck not only refers to the act of having sex, but also to forget about, not worry about, avoid dealing with, et cetera. I agree with the posters who say it should be a period. The comma fragments two phrases making it gramatically incorrect, while the semi-colon makes the sentence ambiguous, as can be seen in the many responses to this thread. I think "Fuck bitches. Get money. " is the philosophically correct way to punctuate that sentence.

Ultimately money is more important than anything else. Don't spend your time chasing bitches, because first you get the money, and then you get the power, and then you get the women. Keep your mind on your riches baby. Keep your mind on your riches.
